Refund Policy

What’s your returns policy?

We are confident that you will be delighted with your order; however, we understand that there are occasions when you may wish to return items.

Due to health & hygiene reasons, we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on products that have already been opened. To be accepted as a return they must arrive with us in their original condition and untampered packaging. You do not need to give us a reason as to why you are returning your order but by doing so, this helps us to improve our overall service.

We do not offer refunds once goods have been accepted following any delays experienced through our delivery partners.

We cannot accept any liability for deliveries affected by any decision or circumstance affected by or as a result of COVID.

How do I return an item?

If you are not happy with the contents of your order and you’d like to return an item please contact sales@crouchlandsfarm.co.uk and outline your reasons for return including your order number. You will then receive an email outlining where to return your parcel to. Your parcel must be returned using a 24 courier service and be received by us within 3 days of you receiving your order.

Please make sure you have proof of postage for any returns. We cannot be liable for any items lost in transit on their way back to us without proof of postage. At this time we do not offer free returns for items that are not damaged or faulty, and you are required to pay for returns postage.

What if the item I have received is damaged or faulty?

In the unlikely event that you receive damaged or faulty items, we will happily issue a replacement free of charge on receipt of the returned item. If you do not require a replacement of a damaged or faulty item, we will refund you the full cost of the item including delivery charge and cost of returning the item.

Do you offer exchanges?

If you would like to order a different item or size please return your order and re-order the correct item from our website.

How long does it take for me to receive a refund?

If you have returned an item and a refund has been approved, please allow up to 14 days from receipt of your returned items, for refund to be processed. The refund can only be credited back onto the original card used to purchase the item. If you are registered with us, you will be able to log in and track the status of your return.

What happens if I return an item outside the 14 day period?

Please be aware that if an item is returned to us after our returns period has ended, then we can only offer an exchange or credit note, we are unable to offer a full refund.

What happens if I want to amend my order?
